- Process Discovery watches how people use their desktops and turns that activity into process maps and optimization recommendations, all powered by LLMs. I led the backend development and took it from POC to production.
- The original system shipped screen recordings through an LLM. It worked for demos, but not at enterprise scale. I replaced the video pipeline with structured activity data, cutting payload size by 98%, LLM costs by 81%, and processing time by 86%.
- Set up observability for Desktop Activity & Process Discovery Bots across 5 services with 20+ metrics using OpenTelemetry and Datadog, giving the team real-time visibility into performance and reliability.
- On Work Assist, Verint's real-time message bus, I ran load tests and tuned Kubernetes resources to cut infrastructure costs by 20%.
- I also distributed Work Assist workloads across 3 AWS Availability Zones using Kubernetes topology spread constraints for better reliability, and built an automated log-verification framework that brought integration validation down from ~1 hour to a few minutes.

- Selected as a finalist for Microsoft's Cybersecurity Engageprogram. Spent a month learning directly from security engineers and leaders across Microsoft's security org.
- Went deep on areas I hadn't touched before: digital forensics, malware analysis, intrusion detection, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework. Most of the learning came from real-world case studies, not textbooks.

- This is where I got into security. Spent three years doing CTFs with CybSec NITW, digging into web exploitation, reverse engineering, and binary pwning.
- Our best finish was 29th nationally in a CTF competition against teams from colleges across India.
- In my third year, I led and organized the CTF event at Technozion, NIT Warangal's annual tech fest, designing challenges for 50+ participants.
